Dustin Mathews,
Co-Owner
Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Dustin worked in construction for five years before joining the United States Army in 2007. After leaving the Army in 2012, Dustin joined the Louisiana National Guard. Dustin also worked as an electrical and control technician in oil refineries and chemical plants before moving to Knoxville in 2019. He worked as a field service electrical engineer in Tennessee before becoming a trainer for electricians and mechanics. Dustin is married and has seven children and two grandchildren. He loves the great outdoors, and when he's not working, he is camping or fishing.
Art Shilling,

Originally from Hammond, Louisiana, Art brings over 35 years of expertise in HVAC, Facilities Management, Project Management, Energy Conservation/Sustainability and Hazardous Waste management fields. Initially trained as an HVAC technician with the US Air Force, Art subsequently obtained a bachelor’s degree in industrial management technology from Louisiana State University. Art is a LEED accredited professional in Existing Building Operations and Maintenance. Art is happily married with four lovely daughters, thirteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Art enjoys off-roading in the great Smokey Mountains with his trusty Jeep and pair of rescue dogs, and he looks forward to spending more time off-roading and camping with his grandchildren.
Candace Mathews,
Operations Manager
Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Candace oversees the day-to-day operations at Clear River. Candace obtained a business degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2009. Ensuring, Improving, and Helping is what she does best. Candace is married to Dustin, and together they have seven children and two grandchildren.
